    Hi everyone,

I had a chance to chat to the team about this and they let me know that setting up users (including passwords) at the organization level has been designed that way on purpose. There are a few reasons for this, including the fact that users need to be tied to roles and also for security reasons (i.e. making sure that there is oversight on everyone being set up in the system). This is not something that they are currently considering changing, however, if interest persists it may be something to reconsider in future.

Thank you all for your input and feedback!

Actually I just discovered that users cannot reset their own passwords at all without having the permission to reset ALL employee passwords. This is a critical feature request. Employees should be able to manage and reset their own passwords without having the ability to change passwords of others.

Yes.  We've noted this security issue before.  We'd like to see it addressed too.

    Hi Baylee,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I'll be sure to pass this along to the team for consideration.

I would love to see employees have a similar feature to the Family Portal in terms of setting up their account (welcome email, temporary password, etc)
