When our dashboard tile is red showing that there's expired visit offers, clicking on the tile does not bring up a list of the expired visit offers that coincide with the number on the tile. Clicking on the tile will only default to bring up a window of time that is always the last two days, so often the visit that is affecting the dashboard does not appear in the list when we click on the tile. We then have to go back and adjust the beginning dates until we can find some expired visit offers. Something more is off though...right now, our organization has 1 Expired Visit Offer on our dashboard. I would love to clear this tile to keep our dashboard clean, but I keep deleting the most recent expired visit offer out of our system...going farther and farther back in time, and the dashboard tile is not clearing. There is no way to tell which visit date is affecting our dashboard. My ask would be two-fold: When you click on the Expired Visit Offers tile, it automatically shows you the list of expired visit offers that is affecting the dashboard, and 2) After a visit offer expires, can the system automatically turn the visit back to a vacant visit for us? The only way for me to get that orange visit off my schedule is to manually delete the whole shift, then re-add the shift as a vacant shift. I am doing this even though these visits are way in the past just to keep our system accurate and vacant visit numbers accurate. I am hoping there could be an easier way to take a visit that has a shift offer on it and turn it back into a vacant visit (i.e. cancel the visit offer on it) or something.
