Hi all,

Currently AlayaCare shows Punch In Distance & Punch Out Distance to show how far caregivers are clocking in/out with clients.

Besides adding a Premium/Visit Note to record & account the mileage for caregivers when transporting a client during the shift is there are another option for us to track these details?

  Could you please provide me with more context on this ask? If it's for billing purposes, our upcoming visit verification feature may solve your issue but if there's another reason why you would like this ability please let me know and I'll be sure to pass it along to the team.

  Hi Alexandra,

  I believe the Franchise Owner is looking at it for both billing & tracking purposes, but more so tracking as they want to have a record of the mileage that a caregiver puts on their personal car.

  With the new Visit Verification feature where is the option for the mileage tracking?
