When calling a client, use a proxy phone number

Some caretakers want to hide their number from the client so they don't call them personally, but otherwise need to make an outreach to the client for various reasons like informing them they're running late. Additionally, clients may not pick up unfamiliar numbers.

It would be great if when they called a client from the AlayaCare app, that we use a proxy/virtual number of the franchise's office main number.
