I'd love to see some sort of visualization on client and employee schedules to show what day each holiday falls on. When we enter the holiday group for each year, they should populate on the schedules. Such a simple fix can be really helpful when scheduling and needing to know if clients have coverage or not. It'd also be nice if the system had a way to flag a shift if someone wasn't in fact covered for the stat days entered. Say a risk we can enter that says holiday coverage, and when in fact they are not covered for stat holidays coordinators received some sort of alert, whether in a KPI tile, colour change in the shift, or something.
