Feature Request - Documents Upload - Folder Access Permissions

We would like to have ability to create folders in the employee document upload area and set access permissions based on departments/groups. For example we have a folder HR that we would like only HR to have access to, but we would also like to have Client Services folder that only Client Services department has access to.
