Patient Name Visible at all Times
It would be nice if the patient's name was more visible on all pages within the mobile app. We have a nurse that has to clock into two siblings within one home and care for both simultaneously. It is very hard for her to know which patient she is currently documenting on because their name does not appear anywhere as she's navigating through the app to use things like the Progress Notes tab, Forms, Care Plan, Meds, and Vitals. Right now, she has to back out of the app to the schedule view every time she needs to document something to re-select the patient name to ensure she is within the correct patient.

Hi Emily Wiechmann,
I just had a chance to speak with the team about this and they were wondering if you could provide more context as to whether these visits were set up as facility visits? Essentially, they want to understand your nurse's workflow for these kinds of visits.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
For our use, these are not facility visits. We have authorization to provide home care services (residential setting) to siblings within one home, typically in cases of familial Muscular Dystrophy where multiple children in one home are trach and vent dependent. Medicaid allows one nurse to care for multiple children at one time, typically just 1:2 care at most, in these situations. Our nurse is clocking into both children at the same time, and is bouncing back and forth in the app between the two kids to document forms, vitals, progress notes, meds, etc. and it is very confusing to know which child she is currently documenting on because when she is within the visit (patient name already selected from the schedule view), the patient name no longer appears at the top of the app anywhere. Hope this is helpful, and hoping this is something the development team will consider for an update sometime!
