At AlayaCare, we want to empower you to better utilize our technology for your organization’s needs. That’s why we’re excited to announce the relaunch of our community forum.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we understand your desire for more support around report building and knowledge on how to leverage AlayaCare for insights. Our new community will include a dedicated space for Data Exploration and reporting. Here, you can ask our team questions and interact with other customers. We'll also be posting tips and tricks from AlayaCare super users, and best practices from our Product and Data teams!

Why is the community moving?
The new Community comes with a much more robust set of features that will allow us to not only share content and have discussions around features and workflows, but also to facilitate product feedback engagements and connect our customers to one another. In essence, we want to build a real community with our AlayaCare users and we believe we've found the tool to make that happen.
We will be adding more content and engagements in Community very soon so we look forward to seeing you on the platform!
What is happening to the ideas posted here on Zendesk?
Everything that has been submitted to the old Ideas Board has been catalogued and sent to the product team and we will continue to have access to it after the sunset period so rest assured nothing will be lost in the transition!
Do we still need Zendesk?
Zendesk will remain as our main support portal tool to submit tickets and to access our knowledge base for technical product articles. However, we will be sunsetting the Ideas Board feature on Zendesk on June 17th as we have a more robust Ideas Portal in the new Community. We understand that having an extra log in may be frustrating for you, but we're doing everything we can to ease the friction and welcome any feedback on how we can make the transition smoother for you.
