Clocking In and Out of Virtual Visits
Avec réponse- Services that are completed virtually should not be flagging employees that visit is ‘Out of Proximity’ for clocking-in and out. Additionally, mobile schedules has glitched here and there to show 2 duplicated visits as clocked-in which led employee to not be able to clock-out. The only option to clock-out was then to do it through the web application.

Hi Abdurrahman Omar,
I had a chance to chat with the team yesterday and they confirmed that the best course of action here would be to open a Support Ticket so that our support team can investigate these issues.
