Update to Behaviour report to include user (userID) who made the entry

Currently the Behaviour Report (Reports/Clients/Behaviour) does not show the user who has added an entry into the chart. As part of our ACFI submission, we need to provide evidence of the user who has attended to this chart entry. For this reason, we have been using the Generic Chart report as a workaround to report on behaviours.

We are requesting that the user's name be added to the first column of the Behaviour report after the date and time.

I have provided examples screenshots of the Behaviour Report VS Generic Chart Report.

  I have been informed I need to re-attach some screenshots. Please see the latest screenshots below.
