We would love to utilize the client chart for our monthly documentation reporting to our funding agencies. However, due to our requirement to submit documentation by service, we cannot.
At issue is the fact that the Client Chart will sort by department, but progress notes are not tied to department, rather only note type. When we run client chart, we get all the notes, for all services. The department filter is already there!
Please associate progress notes to department, finish the loop; let us push the report the way it should function based on the presented filters!
