  Hi Anthony,

  There is an upcoming feature secure messaging feature that I believe will be of use to you in this instance. It will allow agencies to push out messages to staff and for staff to reply all through a secure channel. Keep an eye out on our What's New? section where we'll announce more about this in the coming weeks.
