We had a franchise owner who reported that their employee quit without notice. Currently there are only options for Active, Terminated, Suspended, Hold, Pending, Applicant & Rejected.

Is it possible to get a status for 'Quit' and have options to specify if it was 'Gave notice notice' or 'Gave no notice', with specification for notice times?

  Hi Lejandro De Ramos and Beth Hendler,

  I had a conversation with the team and this is not something that we are currently able to do - that's not to say we won't revisit in future though.

  However, a potential workaround would be to utilize form context fields where you can make notes against existing statues - e.g. using the Terminated status and making a note that the employee quit.

  Beth, for your use case, you could put the employee on hold and use form context fields to make a note about the leave of absence. You can also change their PW so they can't access the platform. 

  I recommend reaching out to your CRM/CS person so they can help you build out this workflow.

  We'd like to see a status for "Leave of Absence" and if it could prevent users from accessing the system (similar to Terminated) that would be great.
