Now that DE 2.0 is out of Beta, you might be wondering what you should do if you have any urgent questions and issues. While the Data Team was active in the Community throughout the Beta phase, they are now focused on report migration and the continual improvement of DE 2.0. As a result, we're making some changes to the way the DE 2.0 portion of the community functions.
Going forward, all issues should be logged as a Zendesk Ticket so our Support Team can investigate. This is to ensure that all issues are directed to the same place and can be dealt with in a timely manner.
The Community will remain a place for you to give us your feedback, provide us with feature suggestions, and vote and interact with your fellow AlayaCare users' suggestions.
