    Hi Tom,

Your request makes a lot of sense. I'll be sure to pass this feedback along to the product team for consideration.

Can I please add to this that an audit trail of who made changes to task statuses and when/why would be very prudent.  Currently if a task status changes there is no way to see who made that change, when or why.

You can create an audit trail of sorts in DE. It's not ideal, but you can see in the 2nd line below the task was created by 1 person on 2022-01-31 and then updated (to closed status) by a different person on 2022-02-01. (Compared to first row where the task status hasn't changed from it's initial creation)

This doesn't give you the why - we "control" for the why procedurally (in that closed = action taken, rejected = I can't action this and we don't allow use of any other status').

Thanks Jan, that's useful to know. Of course that could help with retrospective analysis by users with skills to use DE, but it doesn't help the average Support worker 'in the moment' who is trying to understand what has happened.

Really appreciate you responding to this.
