Product Improvement Request - Show the default image of a person in staging

In staging, the default image of a person is not visible. As we sometimes do testing in staging, it is confusing as to whether there is a real issue or it is just not showing correctly. Can we have this fixed that the default image, as shown in attachment is shown in production? This affects the main screen as well as other screens where image of people use the default, such as family portal.

  Hi Anthony Rogers,

  I had a chance to speak to the team about this and they mentioned that this is actually by design in order to not use up storage space with images.

  Hopefully that clears things up for you!
