Showing Subtotals in Excel Reports

Hello,

We are trying to have the subtotals show when we download the Look into Excel.  This is something that we could do in DE 1.0, so we were wondering if this is something we can do in 2.0.

This is a report that could be exported into 1.0 in this format with a subtotal.

This is the file that is exported into 2.0, but no subtotals.

  Hi Cathy,

  Thanks for your question. There are two steps to follow and you should be able to export the subtotals.

  First of all, make sure you've checked the Subtotals checkbox in the header of the Data section:

  Secondly, when exporting the data, remember to check the All Results limit:

  

  We're actively looking into making those subtotals appear in  he new DE 2.0 display as they used to 1.0, but in the meantime this should get you the data you need.
