Filtering clients living at same address
There are times when we receive a new referral for a person residing at an address that a staff member is currently visiting/treating another client. In most cases, it is a request to see the spouse of a current client. Is there anyway that AlayaCare can alert us when a new referral is at the same location as an existing client? This will ensure that the new referral will be assigned to the same employee that is seeing the spouse.
