3. Start a report

  • If not already done, begin creating the report and save it to the Agency or Group folder. This will allow the Care Team to access and assist with what you have already built.

4. Manage search item limit

  • If you encounter issues with search items being too numerous (over 500), you can change the row limit to a maximum of 5000. To do this, click on the field displaying “500” and adjust it to your preferred number.
