Issue:

You may have difficulty filtering the number of total visits per service code within a specific date range using the Visit Cube report.

Solution:

1. Access the visit cube report

  • Open the report you wish to modify.

2. Set up the filter

  • Ensure that you have added the Service Code and Visit Count fields to your report.

3. Adjust the date filter

  • If you want to track total visits over all time, simply do not apply any date filter. If you have a date filter applied, such as Visit Start Month, you may not get the desired results. Remove the Visit Start date filter from your data table. This will allow you to see the total visits without breaking the data down by month.
  • If you want to track total visits over the specific date range, apply date range filter by clicking on the filter icon, selecting the date field (e.g., Visit Date), setting the desired date range, and applying the filter.

4. Group by service code

  • Group the report by Service Code to see the total visits per service code.

5. Save and run the report

  • Save the report and run it to see the filtered results.

6. Verify your data

  • Check if the report now reflects the total visits per service code as intended.

7. Time zone considerations

  • Be aware that the filter may use Visit Start UTC, which could affect how the data aligns with your local time zone.
