Issue:
You want to know if the Client Information and Hours per Service fields in the client schedule are customizable to display additional or different data.
Solution:
1. Client information section
The Client Information on the scheduling page is populated from the Demographics section of the client’s profile. To change what appears in this section, you must update the relevant information in the client’s Demographics page.
- Navigate to the client’s profile.
- Go to the Client Profile > Client Info > Demographics.
- Edit the necessary fields (e.g., address, contact info).
- Save your changes. The updated information will be reflected in the Client Information section on the scheduling page for that client.
2. Hours per service
The Hours per Service field is automatically populated based on the client’s scheduled visits. This field reflects the total hours allocated to services for that client. If the scheduling of visits changes, this data will update accordingly. Please note that there is no option to customize this field directly, as it is generated based on scheduled visit data.
If you’re using rounding to units for your visits, you may find that scheduled duration is less critical. In this case, for more detailed tracking and reporting and control over how this data is presented, we recommend using Data Exploration 2.0 (DE 2.0) tool for more advanced customization of information and data visualization related to scheduling.
