Issue:
You accidentally batch rejected all visits for the entire month. There is a need to batch "un-reject" these visits.
Solution:
1. Contact support
Unfortunately, there is currently no option for users to batch "un-reject" visits independently. This task must be performed by the support team.
2. Prepare a list
Compile a list of the rejected Visit IDs in an .CSV format. This information will be required for the support team to process your request.
3. Submit a support ticket
Create and submit a support ticket detailing your request to un-reject the visits and attach the list of Visit IDs.
4. Wait for response
After submitting the ticket, a support agent will reach out via email to confirm the actions taken.
