Why the Change?

Before, navigating our Knowledge Base could feel like navigating a maze. Articles were scattered, making it difficult to find what you needed efficiently. We understood the frustration this caused and knew there had to be a better way. That's why we revamped our categorization system.

Efficient Navigation: Articles are now neatly sorted into corresponding categories, sections, and subsections, making it easier for you to find relevant information quickly.

Clear Visibility: If you don't see articles in a specific section or subsection, don't worry. It could mean the article is not applicable to your region or country, or it's being drafted or edited by our support team. Rest assured, we're constantly updating our content to provide you with the most relevant and accurate information.

Navigation: You have two convenient ways to explore our new Knowledge Base categorization. Firstly, you can click on hyperlinked categories, sections, or subsections from the list at the bottom of this article to explore them directly from here. Alternatively, you can navigate to the AlayaCare Knowledge Base main landing page and explore categories, sections, and subsections from there.
