Issue:
Caregivers are unable to add tasks during visits on the AlayaCare Mobile App, receiving an "access required" message, despite permissions being correctly configured.
Solution:
1. Enable permissions
Ensure that the View Care Plan permission is enabled under the Clinical Folder. This permission is necessary for caregivers to add tasks on visits.
Also ensure that the Add Intervention to Visit permission is enabled under Scheduling Folder.
2. Test the functionality
After enabling the permission, have the affected caregivers attempt to add tasks again.
