If you need to make the same changes on multiple Diagnoses, Goals, or Interventions at once (such as changing the Start Date or Frequency Type), you can do so by using the Bulk Edit, Bulk Delete and the Bulk Archive function.

Bulk edit: this option allows users to edit multiple Goals, Diagnoses and Interventions. |

Bulk archive: this option now allows users to archive multiple Goals, Diagnoses and Interventions. |
Note that you must have at least two items added in the Care Plan section you wish to edit to use these features.
Please note that the following functions will continue to remain available for Goals, Diagnosis and Interventions respectively, for each bulk function:

Getting started
To begin, click the Bulk Actions icon for the type of Care Plan item you wish to edit. Select the Bulk Action desired.
Select individual checkboxes next to each Care Plan item, or select the "goals selected" checkbox to choose all items. Next, click Bulk Edit.
In the resulting dialogue box, make the necessary changes to the relevant fields. Note the values entered here will override the values entered in the corresponding fields for the individual Care Plan items.

When you have finished entering the new information, click Save. The changes will now appear for the selected Care Plan items in the Care Plan like below.
Bulk Delete is only applicable for draft care plans. To begin, click the Bulk Actions icon for the type of Care Plan item you wish to edit.
Select one or multiple items, as per steps above, then click Bulk Delete.
A dialogue box will appear. To delete the items, click Delete.
The selected items are now deleted and changes will appear in the corresponding Care Plan section.
